With the pandemic affecting the way we live our lives in all different aspects, the most common one was staying at home and working from your bed, sofa or desk if you were lucky to have one.
The mandatory working from home rules started in March 2020, and a selection of companies have adopted this as a new normal. With people who feel that from now on can have a balanced life without spending hours commuting to people who need to leave the house because they can't work with their little ones invading zoom meetings, this decision has divided the world. Is WFH better or worse?

Jo Owen, Award winning author Jo Owen practices what he preaches. He is a founder of eight NGOs with combined turnover above £100million pa, including Teach First which became the largest graduate recruiter in the UK.
He has worked with over 100 of the best, and a couple of the worst, organisations on our planet. He is the only person to win the Chartered Management Institute Gold Award four times for his books. His latest book is Smart Work: The Ultimate Handbook for Remote and Hybrid Teams (Bloomsbury Business).
Jo’s career highlights include becoming the best nappy salesman in Birmingham, putting the blue speckle in Daz, and getting sued for $12 billion.
