Not impressed- had booked for 11am for a web meeting . Arrived at 10.50am (not knowing that they only open at 11am) to get set up. I get it that I cannot expect to be let in before they open but even though staff were inside and could see me waiting, at 11.03 they were still closed. So I had to take the webmeeting in the cold on a loud road…
