At Othership, we love our flo-working community, we love to meet virtually and in real life and we love coffee and croissants! Combine all three of these and you get a Cowork & Brunch event!
What is Cowork & Brunch
The short answer is: a regular networking event in a workspace that serves great coffee and pastries.
The long answer is: Cowork & Brunch is a monthly Othership event. Flo-workers in London meet in a workspace to have breakfast together, network and co-work for the rest of the day. (Note: Real-life events have come back slowly after lockdown. At some point, we might host this event more often and in more locations.)
How does a Cowork & Brunch work?
Networking events can seem a little intimidating, but they don’t have to be. Othership’s Cowork & Brunch is business networking, but you don’t have to wear a suit or tie. All you need to do is show up and be your lovely self! This is how it works:
Step 1: Register for the event – It is free for Othership Premium members
Step 2: Show up (please arrive on time)
Step 3: Grab a coffee and a pastry
Step 4: We go around the table and everybody introduces themselves and their business. There are no formalities – share whatever you would like to share. We’ll send the notes later on Slack.
Step 5: Grab another coffee
Step 6: The workspace is yours for the rest of the day. Get on with work, keep on chatting or drink more coffee. It’s entirely up to you!
